How do I track my order
An email should be sent to the email address you inputed at checkout. If you are having issues finding the email check in your junk and spam folders, and contact us if issues continue to arise.
Where do I ship my returns to?
Returns go to the return address stated on the packing slip
Can I Return My Item
Returns are non-refundable, but in some cases, such as lost or shipped incorrectly you may be entitled to a partial or full refund. SeaBound is not responsible for anything prior to and following leaving the processing facility.

If a page on the website doesn’t work, try refreshing the page. If problems continue to arise contact us.
How long does it take for shipping confirmation email to send?
You may not receive a shipping confirmation email up to 5 or 6 business days depending on the size of your order. If you have not received your shipping email, please check junk or spam folders, and contact us for more information on your order.
Do you sell wholesale?
We are working on becoming a brand that will sell wholesale, but at the moment we do not.
